MALT Publishing took Weatherman Stan to meet BBC TV presenter Richard Angwin, the real life local weatherman who unknowingly inspired the main character in our series of books about the weather. The two managed a brief meeting before Richard departed for the foreign climbs of Doha to take a new post with Al Jazeera. His counterpart, Stan, will be staying firmly in Bristol - until the next adventure with the children of Weathertown School that is!
